Lenore M. Crowder
Ms. Lenore M. Crowder is a founder/majority owner and has worked in public education for more than 30 years. Much of that time, 27 years, has been in managing the growth of Educational Vistas, Inc. From the naming of the company to its incorporation, she provided fiscal and service leadership. To this day the financial success of the company is indebted to her stewardship in working with program and service managers in the company.
Scott B. Crowder

Scott serves as product development director, facilitator, and chief executive officer for EVI. He heads the EVI Programming team, developers of DataMate, AIMS, SEMS, and an abundance of other EVI software solutions for educators. In addition, he works with school districts designing and scoring assessments through the ELITE assessment software system.
Dr. Crowder is a former NYS Assistant Commissioner of Education for Quality Assurance and the State's Excellence and Accountability Program (EAP). IBM and the NYC Chancellor selected him to guide a major educational initiative in the most poverty-stricken school district in the city.
Dr. C was also superintendent of schools for the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery CSD, the location of the United States Military Academy at West Point, assistant superintendent for instruction at Scotia-Glenville CSD, and principal of Colonie Central High School. In addition, he has filled the roles of teacher, department head, and coordinator. Dr. Crowder has authored numerous documents in education with particular emphasis on curriculum and assessment.
Bill D. Bouchard
Bill works with EVI's Programming team to address the needs of school districts and oversees the Product Support team, Data Capture, and the Data Entry staff. Moreover, he works with school districts to process their data to be loaded into various EVI products.
Bill brings 25+ years of IT and technical experience in the design, implementation, delivery, and training related to software solutions. His experience includes business management, data and data center management, IT Staff management, staff training, and design of custom software applications. Bill has an extensive background in data scrubbing and reporting across multiple hardware platforms and operating systems. He has provided consultation and managed implementations for such companies as Omnicare, Cardinal Health, Ecolab, VWR Scientific, McKesson, Corporate Express and many others. He enjoys evaluating school district requirements, creating detailed project plans, and managing implementation to meet district needs.

Lukas oversees EVI's corporate accounts, payroll services, and legal advisers. In addition, he is responsible for day-to-day management of EVI offices and maintains all client account records. He graduated from Siena College, earning a BS in Business Administration, and from SUNY Albany, an MBA.
Lukas has a unique understanding of the business and brings his many talents to this position. Lukas plays a vital role in all corporate communications with school districts and BOCES, as well as directing the EVI pickup/delivery services staff.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Wang has worked in education for over 20 years, beginning as a research analyst for the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Chengdu, China and then obtaining a master’s degree in economic regionalization.
Following his work at the Academy, Dr. Wang came to the United States to earn his Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Analysis from State University of New York at Buffalo. He is an experienced business executive with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Dr. Wang is skilled in SQL, Oracle Database, Enterprise Software, E-commerce, and Agile Methodologies. Also, he is the founder of Worldwide Learning Services, an educational consulting software development company.
Director of Assessment Services

Grace works closely with school districts and charter schools in the scoring and reporting of local and New York State assessments. In this capacity, she oversees the design and development of a wide range of assessments, including State Practice tests, Pre and Post, Baseline/Summative, and custom-built unit assessments. Additionally, Grace manages a broad range of data processing services that allow educators to use their assessment data for instructional analysis.
Grace attended Siena College and majored in political science and English. She possesses a depth of skills in technology, communications, administrative services, project management, and team building. Upon taking over the Assessment Division, she has streamlined and organized processes for assessment customization. Grace has systemically coordinated operations and services that support districts in the management of testing and test development, freeing teachers and administrators to devote that time to student instruction.

Ken recently retired after 32 years of public-school service as a high school science teacher (14 years), principal (6 years) and superintendent of schools (12 years). Career focus has been on developing student and faculty learning capacity and growth within and beyond existing school architecture. Ken brings a myriad of experiences to his work from developing support systems for student mental health and well-being to efficient school transportation operations. Working with as an EVI Solutions Facilitator, Ken brings a collaborative approach to his work with schools always focusing on student betterment. From curriculum and assessment alignment with NY Next Gen learning standards, school safety and restorative strategies to managing teacher evaluations and much more, Ken is ready to work with your team.
Ken received his undergraduate degree in Geological Sciences with a minor in Climatology from SUNY Geneseo. He earned an advanced degree in Earth Science Education from Alfred University and his school superintendent certification from the University at Albany, NY. He currently serves as a board member of the Hubbard Hall Arts Center and the Hoosick Health Center.

John is the Director of Business Development. He brings nearly 40 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. His passion is to create solutions to your educational software and services needs. J. Matthew holds a B.S. in Business Administration, as well as being certified CPIM, and Customer Service Certified by ICSA, the International Customer Service Association. Additionally, he has taught numerous APICS courses at CGCC in the Adult Education division.

Anthony assists with NYS scoring, ELA assessment scoring, and ELA test passage writing. He also coordinates all the printing and shipment of projects such as assessment materials and trade show folders.

Rebecca is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for EVI. She is certified in Digital Marketing and is affiliated with the American Marketing Association. Rebecca combines her knowledge of media tactics with engagement strategies to bring a fresh perspective to the company. She announces all of the latest news in education, policy, products, and service enhancements. Her creative spark increases the connection between EVI and our valuable clients, which in turn enhances their satisfaction with products and services.
Dr. Philip Fusco
EVI Consultant & Facilitator
A career educator, Dr. Fusco has served as a grade 7-12 Social Studies teacher, K-12 principal, and program consultant. Most recently, Dr. Fusco’s work has focused on collaborating with school districts in the development of character-based learning cultures that support students achieving their maximum potential.
As an extension of that initiative, Dr. Fusco facilitates the NYS School of Character mentor program in conjunction with The Academy for Character Education at the Sage Colleges and Character.org in Washington, DC. Through the creation of EXC21.ORG, he has enhanced his work with schools to build pathways to achieving excellence within character development. EVI Consultant & Facilitator
Ralph Singh, author, storyteller, community builder, is founder and chair of the Wisdom Thinkers, currently consults to develop curricula and resources in poor rural, poor urban, and everywhere in between, to help create a school climate which nurtures character, honors diversity, and deters bullying.
Ralph is a veteran of character education and has spent his life promoting spirituality and values in education and public life. Over 20 years ago, he was part of the CNY Education Consortium’s task force on Values in Public Education where he helped develop and name their Schools of Character project which was administered throughout the state by Syracuse University. Bill Haltermann & Pam Roberge
EVI Consultants & Facilitators
Bill Haltermann & Pam Roberge have over 40 years of educational experience and have been working as a team for the past six years to develop a New York State standards-based approach to data-driven instruction. Their system assists teachers with understanding the progression and underlying skills of ELA standards and designing lessons that align with the rigor of state assessments. They have worked with multiple school districts in this area and have developed unique materials and assessments to support the teacher professional development associated with their data-driven instruction system.
Bill has experience as an educator and data analyst, and Pam has expertise as an ELA teacher, special educator, and special education administrator. They have been presenters at numerous conferences including DATAG and AERA. Bill and Pam are founders of BAP Analytics, an educational consulting firm specializing in ELA data-driven instruction. BAP Analytics is dedicated to a NYS Standards-Based approach for teacher development.
